Pink Bathroom Refresh
A character-filled bathroom brought together with thoughtful finishing, practical improvements and careful attention to the details already in place.
FinishedThe brief
Our clients came to us with a bathroom where some work had already been completed, but several areas still needed resolving before the space could be fully used and enjoyed.
The original pink bath and basin were staying — they gave the room so much personality — so the aim was not to start again. Instead, we needed to find practical solutions for the unfinished areas and bring the existing features, new additions and decorative finishes together as one cohesive space.
What we did
- Completed and finished the remaining areas of the bathroom
- Fitted a new toilet
- Created and finished boxing around the bath and pipework
- Added complementary tile detailing
- Prepared and decorated the walls and ceiling
- Completed the finishing details throughout
- Worked around and retained the original pink bath and basin
Before & after
From partially completed to ready to enjoy
The "before" images show the bathroom as we inherited it. The shower-wall tiling and the original pink sanitaryware were already in place — our work was to resolve and finish everything around them.

Rather than replacing the character that was already there, we worked with it.
The finished bathroom now feels considered and cohesive, with the original pink pieces sitting naturally alongside the patterned flooring, soft pink walls and new detailing.
Most importantly, a bathroom that the family had been waiting to use is now complete and ready to be enjoyed.
“Working with what was already there, we found the right solutions to bring the whole room together.”
